“Visit Di Carlo recently after they reopen under different management on Tuesday night for a girls nite out. We were greeted by Frankie and his Uncle Joe behind the bar. We started with Seafood grill and Burrata salad , they were absolutely delicious. Had some great wine from their wine list and were very happy with the choice . After that we had a two pinsa's, creation of former owner of Di Carlo. So Delicious , great atmosphere, ambiance and always pleasant. “Stopped in the night before Thanksgiving at around 730pm not realizing that they close at 8. Everything was off and they were getting ready to shut down. We were greeted immediately and told it was okay, they'd still take our order. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. As they prepared our food we were chatting and joking with them. They gave us a little history on their location which was pretty cool. The restaurant itself was very clean. From the walls, to the floor, the counters, all very clean. Food was great as well. We usually go to the 13th street location but will most definitely be coming to this location from now on. Thanks to the staff for the awesome service!“

“We were excited when this pizzeria opened near us. We ordered several pizzas when family was in town, and although it was pretty expensive, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Surprising to find a gluten free deep dish, and the toppings on ‘The Lou’ were delicious. I do have to say that the crust seemed very, very yeasty. When we picked up the order, my husband made an impulse purchase of a salad he saw in the display cooler, which is unusual for him lol, and it turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the meal, really good vinaigrette.After downloading the app and signing up for email, we have gotten pretty good offers and discounts too.Update: just had to add that when I recently placed an online order for a gf ‘The Lou’ pizza with no cheese, an employee actually called me to let me know that there is some cheese in the Spinach Mix used on that pizza, which I was fine with, but I appreciated that they took allergens and dietary sensitivities that seriously, very impressive, and great customer service!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust offered, thin crust and deep dish, and very customizable online ordering allows you to skip cheese if you want it dairy free. Salads are all gf too, if you request no croutons. Staff has impressive level of awareness of allergies and dietary sensitivities.“
“The service was great! We had the grilled ribeye and shrimp dinner with big side salads, both were very good. Loud music upon entering, almost walked out. It wasn't too loud in the restaurant area, but quieter would be better. Tons of parking.“
