“Charlie busted his ass off today and him and his coworkers deserve a raise AT MINIMUM. He held the restaurant together like a true restaurant owner would throughout probably the busiest day of the century (BOGO free burger special for their 40th birthday) He visibly had no support from upper management. The manager definitely needed to be available to help with refunds because of the unreliable server issues with the online ordering platform today, as one woman was unable to get a refund from the server issues today. Shame on the manager for not providing their support for these hard working individuals. These deserved more.“

“It was fine. Service was fast and the food was fresh. The only reason this wasn’t 5 stars is because of the kitchen worker with the “SS” tattoos. They really need to either put him in sleeves are put him somewhere unseen by the public.“

“The food i was charged for, I didn't order. Didn't notice it until they brought it to our table and had already paid for it. They gave me a double butterburger when I only wanted the one I ordered, the single. They didn't ask me if I wanted a double, they just assumed, then charged me more. If they are unsure, they should ask. A simple service standard!“

“Qdoba is a staple for us whenever we need a quick, affordable bite. We try queso at every restaurant we go to and have yet to find one better than Qdoba's! Last time we were in, Nahomy, Angelo, and Noemi were incredibly kind and helpful. We came in 5 minutes to close (we hate being those people and felt terrible) but they were happy to serve us and have a nice conversation to end the night! We'll definitely be back - especially for the tortilla soup!“

“Here's the thing, the place itself is rather enjoyable. But man I'm sorry they're just not my taste. Went by fast and smooth, which is what I needed it for. But beyond that, the food isn't quality. And I blame corporate for that.“
