I've never seen such a friendly fast-food staff! The customer service here is unparalleled. I ate dine-in recently and was greeted immediately. The woman running the register was friendly, peppy, and constantly hyping up her staff (I believe she was a manager). We returned about a week later and ordered drive-thru, again met with incredibly welcoming team members! Not to mention, the food was DELICIOUS. Arby's is doing something right!
Went here for lunch with my mom. The service was fantastic. There was a young lady working the counter had long hair that was in a braid, sadly didn't get her name. She was just fabulous. You can tell she put all effort into her job. The food was very good and fresh . She made sure to help us to keep our order cost-effective when we ordered something that would've been better put together by a meal. Highly recommend this Arby's.

Although I waited an insane amount of time before someone came to the counter to take orders, I'm still giving 5 stars. The food was very good and the staff was very nice and friendly. It was busy, so it's understandable, but next time please acknowledge the counter people too and just say "I'll be right with you" instead of pretending you didn't see the 5 or 6 people standing there in line.
