Terrible. They have been late with my online order at least a dozen times and do not make the online order until I get there and tell them I placed an online order. they will look at the ticket and see it was promised 15-45 min earlier than I arrived and still have not made my order. I will tell the staff I see my ticket hung up so why didnt you make it. I have talked to manager 3x. The food is fresh and tasty, and the portions are decent. My only complaint is that they are always a bit stingy with the protein. Overall, it’s still a good place for a quick meal.
Stood in line for a long time since there seemed to be a staffing shortage. Not the staff's fault, and their service was outstanding. They were out of a few things, pico, and sour cream were the main things. The chips were stale and the queso wasn't good this time. The store was dirty and the door was broken. Again, the employees were doing their best and were very friendly.
