This store is just amazing. I went for a quick bite to eat tonight and the food was great and customer service was just amazing. Some guy in front of me continuously screamed at the employees over “to much beans” the staff handled it so well and didn’t let it affect the amazing customer service. Will continue to eat at this location.

Worst experience ever. I always say I’d give this location another chance but they always disappoint. My brother made a hefty order of burrito bowls and burritos. When he brought it home all the rice in all our food was rock hard and not cooked. I called the location 5 times and the line kept ringing. Nobody answered and they weren’t busy. I’m disgusted. This location needs to have an inspection to have their undercooked food inspected. On top of that, they put 3 pieces of chicken in my bowl and very minimal toppings that I requested. I’d rather go to the Vernon hills location in Illinois because they ALWAYS get it right. If someone reads this PLEASE send the FDA to audit this poorly managed location. I would give it negative stars if Google had that option but unfortunately I cannot. I also noticed in a previous review someone said they found a bug in their bowl??. My next step will call the FDA and tell them about my experience so they can audit this nasty location. Truly disappointing and a waste of money.

I have been here about 6 times, and each time I have given them the benefit of the doubt, as I work retail too and I understand everyone has bad days, but this has graduated to a reoccurring problem.The service is incredibly unfriendly, waited about 5 minutes before being acknowledged then instead of being greeted with a hello or welcome to chipotle, it was a "what do you want" with attitude. I get this vibe anytime I get food there, this was just the most recent example.The past three times I've gotten food at this chipotle, its been measly portions. Double chicken looks like half a normal order of chicken, you get half scoops of rice, and you get a tong pinch of barbacoa. Ordering at this chipotle feels like we are living in the UK during WWII, rationing food like Germany bombers are flying overhead.The food taste okay, sometimes you get undercooked rice and gross looking guacamole, but you are for sure getting cheated out of your money going here. If you want a better experience go to the one in Kenosha, not Pleasant Prairie.

Food is always hot and fresh. The dining room needed some work. I know it's hard to keep up with sloppy, rude customers, but there were 9 open places to sit, and they were all disgusting.

Had to ask for my online order to be made 20 minutes after when it was supposed to be ready. Bowl was very sloppy and barely had any beans and the chicken tasted burnt. There was no sense of urgency meanwhile the guy behind the counter was just standing around while the to go person had a ton of orders.
