This Culvers is quickly becoming my least favorite location. Every curbside order takes 10+ minutes past the order time to make it to your car. And in today’s instance, they didn’t even bring the order out. After an extended wait, we went in and found the custard sitting in the cooler where the staff had somehow forgotten about it. Our server was Riley. She was such a helpful server. She knew lots of details about the menu when I didn’t know what to purchase. She was friendly and extremely polite. Great employee.
