“We went this morning for my birthday brekky. my husband and two kids. I am making this review specifically to address the way they handled an accident. We put our order in and the waitress came back with ketchup and hot sauce, unfortunately the hot sauce bounced off the table and ended up spilled entirely all over my 3yr olds clothes, legs, arms, shoes and hair. They were VERY fast to help clean up and extremely apologetic, I think I counted like 5-6 different people that helped in those moments. A gentlemen offered a shirt for our daughter to wear (free) and b/c of the incident my daughter no longer wanted to be there (and my son was screaming crying) so we asked for boxes for our freshly brought out food and we left. They comped the entire bill AND sent us home with a huge box of strawberries! Shit happens, it was an accident and this establishment went above and beyond to take make amends. The food was very yummy when we got home and settled. Thanks pancake house staff!“

“I’ve literally never experienced anything like this - ever. I didn’t know how to order, what to order, why I had 3 different sized forks. LOL. Cheng Xae & his staff (name dropping Taylor! Our waitress!) were so kind, so knowledgeable & ready to answer any questions we had with no judgment. Our waitress was THAT girl. I felt like I was at work with her in the best way possible. I literally did a lil dance after every single bite. 10/10 Experience, 5 stars. There’s a first time for everything. I’m so thankful & lucky that Flemming’s was our first lil fancy date experience. Not once did we feel out of place. Thank you so much Flemming’s! We’ll definitely be back! If you’re reading this & contemplating on taking your woman or man.. 😉 here - JUST DO IT. You won’t regret it ☺️“

“Our food and service was amazing! There was a worker organizing silverware near us that was extremely noisy and distracting from our conversation and the live music. We mentioned this to our server and he took care of it immediately and gave us complimentary dessert for the inconvenience which we did not expect. That was a very nice gesture. We would definitely go back again. Very nice place for a date night.“

“The food was very good and came out quickly. No one really came to check on us and once they dropped of the check, they didn't come back. Finally went up to the counter, but no one was there and waited 3-5 minutes before someone finally came out. Paid in cash and it took awhile for them to make change as they had to go in the back.“
