“Customer service here is always good, but was especially great today! Multiple employees welcomed me in, were very friendly throughout the order, asked if I wanted anything else, kindly asked for and thanked me for a donation to a children’s hospital; it was great! They were very friendly to everyone, welcomed everyone in, and certainly kept everyone happy!“

“Went there today for Easter dinner. Way easier than cooking. We pre-ordered and it was ready on time. Unfortunately, when we got home there were no sauces or fortune cookies. My friend called and they sent someone right away with no charge. Sure, the sauces should have been included to begin with, but they did make it right with a smile ☺. And, the food was terrific. Great food and great customer service. Will definitely order again, and check for sauces next time. Thanks“

“Xiao long bao and their special fujian wonton were delicious! The dumplings seem homemade and also tasty. The shrimp dumpling was not my favorite though. I feel like prices are a little high, but there arent a lot of Chinese restaurants to choose from in the area. Service was great.“

“Since moving to the Falls in 2012, I began looking for the best Chinese food in the area, almost stumbled upon Chens restaurant while picking up mail at the Post Office. Even though they no longer had an open dining room due to Covid protocols, I did take that chance and ordered takeout. Oh, what a happy day! The ordered items were not only hot, fresh and plentiful, they were truly delicious! The staff there led by Simon, have always been a joy to interact with always attentive, and cheerful. The prices are reasonable. Did I mention the food is DELICIOUS 😋 ?!?! Best Chinese restaurant in Waukesha county. Did I mention the food is DELICIOUS😋“
