“I had ordered a pizza last night from Alphonso‘s and I thought it was the absolute worst pizza I ever had when it arrived at my house. It was almost burnt. I called and complained to the manager. He said he would do everything he could to make it up to me. So I stopped in today and they gave me a pizza and one of their sandwiches and I haven’t had the sandwich yet because I’m too full from the pizza, it was a night and day difference From yesterday to today. It was excellent.“

“The guy that worked the register was kind of nonchalant. A bit dismissive. I'm not sure if he was just having a bad day. But his irreverent attitude was off putting. It took away from the food. And the tables needed to be wiped down. I understand that might not be the norm but that was my experience.“

“The restaurant is small, so be sure to make reservations ahead of time in order to ensure a seat upon arrival. The chicken empanadas were great and so were the yucca fries. The entries had lots of flavor and the chicken was really tender. If the restaurant is full, be aware it might take longer to get your food.“

“We stopped there at about 630 pm on a Friday for fish fry. They accept reservations but we didn't make one and they were able to actually get us in pretty quick. Service was fast and friendly and fish was delicious! I would definitely recommend!“

“Last week our family hosted my uncles celebration of life at Kegel’s Inn. It was a great experience for all of us. One I know my uncle would have loved. The venue was absolutely perfect for the German Oktoberfest theme we were going for. The food was great and the staff were welcoming and prepared. Jessica was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process. She made the decision making process very clear and simple. Would highly recommend anyone to use this establishment for any occasion.“

“I’ve lived in Milwaukee since August & this has quickly become my go-to wing place with my girlfriend (who introduced me to it last year). We come here weekly like clockwork now - before moving here it was my choice when I’d come up from IL to visit (when it was my time to pick) - for the Jacks, Ecto Cooler & the Parm fries but also for the EXCEPTIONAL service by Katie. She helps me navigate this large, fabulous menu & she has never steered us wrong. She is so knowledgeable, fast & friendly. I only wish every place had a Katie to accent a menu this delicious. Nom nom nom. Run, don’t walk here.“

“This was our 1st. time here and it certainly didn't disappoint! Atmosphere was really nice, cozy but still fun. Our waitress Eliza was super, checking on us but never pushy. She gave us some great recommendations that were absolutely delicious. We started with sharing a cup of corn and crab chowder, beet and goat cheese salad and sautéed crawfish with crossttini. Everything was fantastic, not to spicy hot just seasoned well. Main course was also great, steak and mashed potatoes....super tender and juicy steak came out exactly like we ordered...perfect meduim rare. That doesn't happen often. Also had the blacken salmon with asparagus and beans and rice. Again can't say enough it was delicious. Then to top the evening off we shared the beneignts with a fruit sauce. YUMMY Kudos to you all the chef and waite staff and Eliza for a great dining experience.“

“I was just there this afternoon and it was the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, everyone that was working today was absolutely amazing. The entire staff kept everything flowing and Troy, hands down, was the best server I’ve personally ever had anywhere. He hustled and made our experience seamless. “Was in Dim Sum heaven. Everything was so fresh and steaming hot. But the thing that almost made me emotional was the Hong Kong Style Wonton soup. The dumpling wrap and noodles were so fresh they reminded me of going to Chinatown in Toronto as a kid and later in Chicago's Chinatown. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I went in person to order my pizza because i was near by. Pizza only took like 15min to be ready. But their entrance, floor and carpet and ordering area is dirty. Filled with grease and flour. Young boys at the front are very nice and polite.“
