The Original Pancake House Brookfield is a super busy place with long lines and no reservations, serving breakfast only until 2:00 p.m. The staff, food and all around service is on point. The bountiful menu has amazing, original breakfast items that taste fresh and delicious. The Fiesta Omelette with Chorizo is a great option. Delicious coffee is also available. Service is quick, with attentive, professional, and friendly servers. Although one visit had eggs that were hard and potatoes served warm, the service was appreciated. The restaurant is cute and quaint, and the manager is great at reading the room. It is a must try breakfast joint with many options, worth every cent. Guests plan on visiting again to try other things.
