“My daughter and I come here after school every Tuesday since they've opened and we've not had a bad experience yet. The prices are what you expect for a coffee shop that competes with Starbs. The general manager and team were so sweet to me today. I never tried matcha and they made me one to try with no pressure. I didn't care for it so I had them make me my normal caramel flavored concoction. The barrista made me a lavender matcha to try as well! Because he wanted me to get the full experience. So sweet and it felt very welcoming and as someone who hates returning food/drinks, they made sure I knew they were invested in me loving my drink!“
“Placed a Jamba app order. Everything was done correctly and on time. They do something that some other places done and that's place your drinks in a freezer is your not there when it's done. This keeps the drinks perfectly cooled and ready until you arrive. The staff are nice and have corrected any issues with missing items. Recommend the Aloha Pineapple drink.“
“My friends at Shake Shack are always there for me no matter what I order!Sometimes it’s the Wisconsin Usingers cheddarwurst, sometimes the Portobello sammy, and, when I placed my first-ever Shake Shake order at the Third Ward Milwaukee location, I was provided a discount just for waiting in the long line!! So much love for you guys!It’s easy to connect with the staff even when the restaurant is busy, and when I stopped in, I was the only one dining - really enjoyed the remixed tunes over the stereo system!I’m grateful to have placed my order with Z, or Zavian, who is very welcoming, attentive, and motivated to learn. “Food was tasty and fresh. I loved it so much I ordered another bowl to go. I wouldn't bother with the drinks though. Just get the food.Parking: Parking is very limited and hard to get. I had to walk 3 blocks away. If you get luck there is like parking enough to fit like 5 to 6 cars by them.“
“Last weekend, my wife and I stopped in here after she had mentioned that there’s a local smoothie and fresh fruit location in Tosa that she wanted to check out. My thought was oh here’s another Jamba Juice like location, but I was entirely wrong. The smoothie that we received tasted so fresh so simple, and more importantly, not overly sweet and sugary like other smoothie locations could be. I was extremely surprised. plus the power nutrient bowls that people were getting, the amount of selection that they had, as well as the extremely friendly staff that was there made this visit a success for me. I plan to be back here again with my family in the near future, once the weather starts to warm up and a nice refreshing smoothie can cool you down!Kid-friendliness: Staff was extremely friendly to my child while she ate her granola protein bites that they also offer!“

“I absolutely love coming here! From the employees to the coffee, it is a 10/10 experience! I already struggle with getting up in the mornings, so I try to romanticize my mornings by getting my day started with a coffee. I’ve been coming here for about 3/4 months and I don’t think I’ll go back to any other coffee shop. It’s super quick and easy, the employees’ small talk always brings me out of my sleepy element, which I love. The coffee is so customizable, you can make it your own!“
