It was busy so definitely understandable if orders take longer to fill but not over 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Order numbers were called out but not in order. An order placed well after ours with 4+ drinks was made ready before ours. Customers waiting for their drinks started asking other customers what their order number was because they were all noticing a bunch of new orders going out. When we finally got our drinks, my drink tasted like rotten milk.

Awesome place, awesome drinks, it’s addicting. We made a tradition to visit every weekend. Staff is nice and understanding. You guys should open a location in Racine Wisconsin! Also, you guys should start selling boba iced coffee!!
I get boba from here about once a week, and this place is fantastic! The drinks are always consistently good, and I’ve always been really happy with the quality.
I also order from them through DoorDash pretty often, and today my order came with a personalized handwritten note from Dorothy, the manager, thanking me for my business and saying some incredibly kind things. It was such a small gesture, but it honestly made my day. That kind of personal touch is so rare,...read full review

Bubblelicious Bubble Tea Southridge offers a variety of bubble tea options, including the popular tiger taro milk tea. Dragon fruit green tea with passion fruit pop and mango black tea with strawberry pop are also highlighted as excellent choices. The restaurant has reasonable prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff who provide awesome customer service. While some customers mention the sweetness of the drinks, with the matcha latte described as a sugar bomb, others appreciate the refreshing flavors. The boba is big and chewy, and while there may be occasional freshness issues, the overall experience remains enjoyable. Customers have reported longer than expected wait times, typically around 5-10 minutes, especially during busy hours, but many agree that it is a nice spot within the mall for a break and bubble tea enthusiasts.
