Honestly the goat of Chinese food at the mall. I’ve been eating at this place since I was a lil kid and food is always fire ?. Good quality and for the price it simply can’t be beaten.
I have been coming to China Max since I was little. I've always loved their orange chicken, pineapple chicken, chicken with broccoli and sweet and sour chicken. I'll usually have any of those with the fried rice. It's great food to have while you're just shopping in the mall! My favorite thing is their teriyaki sauce that is right in front of their registers. I could have that sauce every day!

Friendly staff, but the portion sizes are ridiculously tiny for what you pay.(9+ dollars for one entree & side, 11+ dollars for two entrees & side) The general tso chicken was very hard(mostly breading) and probably sitting out for hours. Swallowing it felt like what I would imagine ingesting shards of glass would be like. I will say the orange chicken, low mein and egg rolls were decent.
