I love almond pretzels with caramel dip & frozen blue raspberry lemonade mixer:-)
This place never has anything ready, ever! Most workers act like they don’t want to be there. The wait is usually a ridiculous timeframe, even when they are not busy! To play it safe I always get the same bites every time because I remember ordering a handmade pretzel and it was very thin and disappointed! People eat here by default but the owners should be ashamed of this place! Southridge location, to be exact.
New management is definitely turning things around. Location is doing much better than it was 2 months ago. Anytime I'm passing by workers are working and the case has something in it. They also don't turn you down if something needs to be made. Will be coming back.
