“I ordered from the drive thru and realized an item was missing by the time I got home. I called this location and they right away agreed to replace the item. The person on the phone was kind and understanding. When I came back they immediately remade the order and offered an appetizer for the inconvenience. All staff members I encountered were kind and courteous. I definitely appreciate this location and their staff.“

I got the red curry chicken soup which was packed with chicken, corn, mushrooms, fishcake, imitation crab, cabbage, ham, and a quail egg 🤯 So bomb with an herbal tea! Will be coming back for sure.“

“We eat out a lot but haven't been to P.F. Chang's in at least a year. Their new items on the menu are what drew us, the duck fried rice (it would serve three people), the wagyu egg rolls were yummy. We had other things, too, including the banana fried bites for dessert. Kya, our server, was right on delivery and the service was great. She was friendly and provided good recommendations. The manager/partner came by and checked on us and it was the perfect time to suggest that he find different music...dance club music has no place in an Asian restaurant. “We ordered from this place because our typical Tosa Chinese spot was randomly closed on a Thursday. We thought it was not going to be nearly as good but still begrudgingly ordered because the craving for Chinese food was too real. We were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was flavorful and the portions were generous. The sweet and sour sauce pairs perfectly with their egg rolls. The egg rolls blew our minds! We also ordered veggie lo mein and moo shoo pork which were all equally delicious and generous portions. It’s safe to say this is our new go to spot“

I also enjoyed the DanDan Noodles and Sichuan Pork Dumplings which both had amazing flavor and were quite filling. The Golden Pineapple drink was incredible and I’m still thinking about it! They take pride in their food. The decor is not fancy but don’t let that fool you. One of the best places for Chinese food in Milwaukee. Convenient to the Pabst Theater, the Rep and The Safe House.“

“I adore this restaurant and the people who run and operate this little gem. I can't speak to much of the Chinese food, that's not why I go there. I go there because I'm half Korean and I want KOREAN FOOD. And they make some of the best.
The jjajangmyeon (black bean sauce) is the best I've ever had. Ever. It's thick, not runny and has all kinds of the right veg.
I love ojingeo bokkeum (squid stir fry) and this is my favorite take on it anywhere. I'm not even sure what they do, but it's fantastic.
The jjampong (seafood soup) is flavor and seafood-packed.
Really, all the Korean dishes are delicious.

This place is owned by an older Korean couple and I think their staff is mostly Hispanic. For those that think the staff is rude... those guys prep, cook, order, serve and clean. And English is none of their first languages. Yet, they deal with crappy customer attitudes too, and I've never seen them return it. I've gotten there shortly before close, when they are cleaning up, they do not hesitate to make your order. I've had miscommunication over the phone about an order, so instead I went in and ordered in person. It took 15 min for 4 entrees. That's it. So maybe they aren't being rude, maybe they didn't understand you or vice versa. As for tasteless, like I said, we don't order the Chinese food normally. But I can tell you their fried rice is KOREAN, not Chinese, therefore different and definitely not the same flavor. Or order the forbidden rice and freak out over the purple color!
If you had a bad experience, please, stay away. Let the rest of us enjoy the hard-working, lovely people that turn out some of the best Korean food in the city.
PS. My kid LOVES the sweet and sour chicken and japchae, for those looking for kid-friendly items.“

“A nice little spot. My food was great, im always especially keen to judge a places crab rangoons and these were delicious. The portion sizes were generous between the noodles or rice and meat option they give you with plenty to fill you belly and have more for later. The service was more than amicable, being quick to help and friendly if alterations were wanted to the order. We dont live in the area but someone who does or passes through and wants some good takeout or a cozy dinein spot (albeit with only a handful of tables) they shouldnt look passed this spot.“

“We recently stayed in an Airbnb very near China East. After touring for the day, it was easy to come back to the house and order. Pickup was 5-10 minutes, and food was ready and hot. We especially liked their sweet and sour soup. I ordered chicken with broccoli one night and shrimp with broccoli another night, garlic sauce on the side. Portions were large and lasted for more than one meal. Reasonable prices.“

“I got general taos, Sesame. chicken, shrimp Lo maine, pork fried rice, Rangoon and dumplings. Everything was spectacular. The portions are huge, their shrimp are huge, rice was great, ponzu? Sauce was great. Food was soo good, best pork fried rice ever. This place should be packed.“

​The food here is absolutely stellar. With over 100 items on the menu, it’s genuinely hard to choose what to get, but it makes it incredibly easy to keep coming back to try something new!

​You know how Chinese restaurants are usually known for generous portions? This place takes it to a whole new level. Their portions are actually larger than most other spots we've been to. Just a single entree could easily feed at least three people! Because my family all wanted something different, we ordered a few dishes and now we have enough delicious food to last us for several days.

​Note: The restaurant has converted to takeout-only, so plan to grab your feast and enjoy it at home. This is definitely our new go-to spot!“
