Emperor of China Reviews
Some of the best Chinese food we have found in Milwaukee!
BEST Chinese Food in Brew City.. & the family is so sweet‼️
I was surprised to find such a quality place on Brady Street. It was a lazy Sunday so the place was pretty quiet.
The host was patient and attentive waiting and taking our order. The food was ready in a timely manner.
Portions were generous, relative to cost, and the food was exceptional from the entrees to the white rice. We were even given a complimentary entree.

Emperor of China, a well-loved Chinese restaurant on Brady St, Milwaukee, is known for excellent food and service. Customers praise the shrimp eggfuyung and Orange Beef for their generous serving sizes and quick preparation. The General Tsao chicken and crispy tofu are also highly recommended, with reviews highlighting the flavorful sauces. The restaurant recently hosted a wonderful birthday lunch, accommodating dietary restrictions and providing a special dessert experience for a customer’s elderly mom. Despite parking challenges, this restaurant is a must-visit for delicious Chinese cuisine. While recent reviews mention that the menu has gotten pricy, many still enjoy the food and ambiance, with some appreciating the murals on the walls. Visitors should be aware that wheelchair accessibility may be an issue due to 2-3 stairs with no ramp.
