“I visited this mequon wi location about 10 minutes before they closed on a weekday. That was a few weeks ago. The 2 young gentleman were very personable and friendly. I definitely would visit this location again. The customer service was great and the smoothie was delicious!!“

The staff is wonderful and if you happen to go there while the owner is there then be prepared to be impressed by her kindness and expertise in the products. It is a wonderful time. “As a mom of two i barely have time for myself and there are only a few moments in my day that i get for myself. One of these moments was walking into Tropical Smoothie for my Bahama mama smoothie. This was my first time picking up from this location but all I can say is the service was amazing. The whole process went smoothly and i was greeted by the Julie and they chatted with me about my day while they made my smoothie, making sure they got my order just right. I appreciate the time and care they spent making my drink most people get it wrong. A small act that most would look past, I seen as a strong character trait for this establishment, caring that their customer has a wonderful experience and enjoys their order. 10/10 will be coming here again!“

The food was hot drinks or cold. and just a pleasant human being to deal with so Joseph was amazing. He also gave me a small discount even though it was my mistake and my fault so first time going to Caribou coffee definitely coming back because of Joseph.“

“I came here for a tea while waiting for my daughter and didn’t know what to expect because it is in a church. I was pleasantly surprised that you can enter the cafe directly and they have Rishi teas. The barista was friendly and they have a variety of spaces available to work, relax or chat. This neighborhood is lacking in cafes, so I appreciate having this option.“
