I had to change pick up time and there was no problem. The staff was happy to accommodate. The order was just being finished at our pick up time. Everything was hot and delicious! I did receive a confirmation email that they had received my order.I did call to check on the order the next day and was told yes, they had my order and it would be ready on Saturday for pickup.The entire order was ready to go when we arrived and each sub was clearly labeled. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism of this establishment and will definitely use them again.
