“I don’t usually add reviews but wanted to share how impressed I was with what I observed during my lunch today. My family decided to dine in and have lunch. The subs are amazing! But, what drew my attention was the patience the staff displayed in interacting with some of their customers. I’m not sure if this was the norm, but in the 45 minutes we were there, it seemed 90% of the customers were senior citizens, with few who had difficulty ordering and hearing. The staff had to repeat their questions several times, but they were so respectful. It was during noon on Wednesday, March 6-just in case you wanted to check your schedule as to who was working. I didn’t catch their names, but was so impressed, felt compelled to write a review (which I rarely do).“
“Ordered for pickup the Hotshot Italiano foot long, 2 bags of chips, and two cookies which seemed just out of the oven (melting chocolate) all prepared in bag with receipt. I would give ten out five stars if possible, clean would recommend to anyone.“
“Did an online order as I got an email that I had a free sandwich available & I was on my way home from a long road trip. Ordered a cookie because if my sandwich was free, right? I walked in & the lady ahead of me told to me to go ahead as she was still deciding. (Nice, right?) The kid at the counter was staring down at the register as if I didn't exist. A young lady behind him said, hi - then he realized I was standing there. No thank you, nada. Customer service is important, just sayin...“
“I had the special this month, which was a chicken. Avocado, bacon bread, red onion sub. Starting with the bread, it was just absolutely perfect. The bread was crunchy on the outside. Soft on the inside all the ingredients were extremely fresh. Also had a side of chili which was really tasty. I look forward to my next visit.“
“Love the sandwiches!!! Crazy that it's closed 4 days a week though! I know there has been staffing issues but it's been so long now, years. No tables or place to eat it with the exception of a small window bar in the dog supply shop.“
“Question: How do u get a twofer of shrimp scampi, chicken orzo, and the new tiramasu cold brew for only 1.99? Become a member. I love a good deal, and u can't beat that. The restaurant itself is always bright, clean, and organized. The staff is helpful and quick. Today Emily worked her magic and I was able to combine deals and have a lunch for this ridiculously cheap price. By far my main reason I love this location is the huge windows. U can see if the highway is gonna suck. U can see hawk, seagulls and Robin's swoop. U can see people smiling as they leave laden with purchases. Great view and great prices that's a twofer.“
“We ordered two subs on Thursday February 15th around 6:30 for pickup. The girl who greeted me was the perfect example of professional courtesy, the atmosphere is great and the restaurant is always clean. Their subs are always great! Turkey Bacon Ranch is a fave! Best subs in the area. I highly recommend! I only have one grievance: absolutely Nowhere on their app, is a place to submit a compliment. Why would a business not want that to be easily accessible?Dietary restrictions: Great vegetarian options“
“Me and my boyfriend went to check this place out after years and years of not buying from the company simply because we forgot it existed! After we had our subs we've been coming back almost weekly. Not too sure why they closed down so many stores. Their food is pretty amazing!“
“I’ve lived here in the falls for over 15 yrs. I’ve know about GRINDERVILLE for several years but never ate here. I did a few weeks ago and have gone back 3x in a matter of 2 weeks. It’s fast, fresh, delicious, reasonably priced and overall just a great experience each time.“
“Just went to the mequon location today for the first time and my sub was a bit messy, but delicious none the less! I ordered online, went there around the time it said it would be done, and didn't have to wait a single second to pick it up. I think I had their Italian sub, it was amazing!“
