“Okay honestly…the “only”employee working when I came in today to order Subways New protein wraps was Phenomenal!! His name is MIKE!! It was about Noon-time and he had 3 customers ahead of me to take care of. He was very kind and respectful to each and every one of us! He hustled getting the orders done all the while being engaging as well! He spoke highly of his commitment to Subway and my protein wraps were delicious! He takes great pride in his job and representing Subway.

“amazing food, but we ordered croissants sandwiches and the staff all acted like it was a burden and they hated it when they had to make croissants. it made me feel like I had to ask if I can order what I want and if that was going to be okay with them. it was very rude behavior.“

“The subs are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I generous they are with the ingredients—every bite is satisfying. The staff is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is clean. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I've tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!“

“Went beyond rules hidden by chips stand to help me pay during freezing pm & my help crew starving. Orders were filled w/extreme attn. to have return biz & we alllll did return! Coupons honored & staff is beyond polite & helpful. Great smiles & they handled rushes & adverse distractive events empathetically, accurately & ever so kindly! I stop every time we can traveling 40 mins back & forth for Caregiver duties! Well worth your $$$!!!“

“My employer ordered us lunch from here and all I can say is wow! I ordered the ham and cheese baby and it definitely joined my list for favorite subs. The sandwich was filled with fresh ingredients and served with a pickle and a mint for after! Definitely will be going back. It’s the perfect little sub shop for Port Washington!“
