“This is by far the BEST subway I have ever been to. I haven’t been to this location in years and am so thankful I have been back. The staff is outstanding, always smiling positive attitudes always and a greet when I come in! The mobile orders are always done incredibly quick and the food is always cold and amazing. The inside is always clean and smells like a brand new restaurant. Congrats to this team for knocking it out of the park, keep up the incredible work!!“
“This is the best Subway I’ve ever been to. Always consistently good and they always get our call ahead orders right. On top of that, they have excellent customer service! My 8 year old son left his iPod at the store and the owner remembered that he was headed to a baseball game at 5 Corners and he walked over and hand delivered the phone to us! Thank you Subway!“

“We ordered two subs on Thursday February 15th around 6:30 for pickup. The girl who greeted me was the perfect example of professional courtesy, the atmosphere is great and the restaurant is always clean. Their subs are always great! Turkey Bacon Ranch is a fave! Best subs in the area. I highly recommend! I only have one grievance: absolutely Nowhere on their app, is a place to submit a compliment. Why would a business not want that to be easily accessible?Dietary restrictions: Great vegetarian options“
“Me and my boyfriend went to check this place out after years and years of not buying from the company simply because we forgot it existed! After we had our subs we've been coming back almost weekly. Not too sure why they closed down so many stores. Their food is pretty amazing!“
“Just went to the mequon location today for the first time and my sub was a bit messy, but delicious none the less! I ordered online, went there around the time it said it would be done, and didn't have to wait a single second to pick it up. I think I had their Italian sub, it was amazing!“
“02/23 in for the weekend, snowy night. Staying 350' away at The Harbour View. First time using the app. Ordered two salads, order 98% correct. A few added ingredients missing..benefit of doubt may have not entered on app correct..so not a huge deal. Salads prepared and ready with smiles when I walked in. Tasted great! TY.“

“Every time I go to Firehouse Subs in Menomonee Falls, it's always a pleasure. Everyone is always nice and courteous. This night was no exception. Mike, the manager, helped me with my app in order to use my birthday rewards. I also commend on how the whole time he and the other staff, Kayla and Ellen, would address me by name. That to me, is great customer service.“
“I wish a whole sub wasn't almost $20, but besides gold coast/Suburbia Cousins is the bomb. Even just a ham and cheese is to die for and the bread is always fresh. Beats subway hands down any day of the week, and they are just as pricy now.“
“I don’t usually add reviews but wanted to share how impressed I was with what I observed during my lunch today. My family decided to dine in and have lunch. The subs are amazing! But, what drew my attention was the patience the staff displayed in interacting with some of their customers. I’m not sure if this was the norm, but in the 45 minutes we were there, it seemed 90% of the customers were senior citizens, with few who had difficulty ordering and hearing. The staff had to repeat their questions several times, but they were so respectful. It was during noon on Wednesday, March 6-just in case you wanted to check your schedule as to who was working. I didn’t catch their names, but was so impressed, felt compelled to write a review (which I rarely do).“

“I had the special this month, which was a chicken. Avocado, bacon bread, red onion sub. Starting with the bread, it was just absolutely perfect. The bread was crunchy on the outside. Soft on the inside all the ingredients were extremely fresh. Also had a side of chili which was really tasty. I look forward to my next visit.“
