“I ordered and the staff started to make my sandwhich. For some reason the card reader wouldn't accept my card after multiple attempts. This is my only credit card and I don't carry cash. While I was searching my wallet for a gift card to use instead, the guy who made my sandwhich offered to let me take it for free, "I already made it, this one's on me" was basically what he said.

I was able to get my gift card to work and complete my purchase in full. But I appreciate the gesture nonetheless, I was in a bit of a panic! That was very kind of him and the rest of the staff! That made my day!

I'm going to start carrying cash on me again, lesson learned.

“I personally love cousins, but the one in Glendale always gets my online order wrong. I'm a vegetarian and only expect 4 items on my sandwich but they always forget the extra mayo and never put any on at all. It's extremely frustrating because I don't realize until I get home and cousins mayo is special or something, lol. It takes better than the store. Why put specifics down online is the employees aren't even going to read them. And they are never ready when stated they are suppose to be, ever.“

“The wife and I just got back from taking our son on a walk through a botanical garden and worked up an appetite we were in the mood for some samiches looked up a spot and decided to try this one the wife got a chicken & bacon and I got a chipotle chicken avocado and a Mac and cheese for the kiddo and to wash it all down a lemonade the sandwiches were flavorful warm and delicious and lastly the veggies on the sandwiches were fresh the Mac and cheese tasted like KFC’s well definitely be back for another samich but not a Mac & cheese“

Update: Today's visit is no different, same warm undertones, Owners are very sage and savvy, handle the rush and complexities well. Today's peak hour visit I heard the outside speaker calling numbers and saw people excited to run in to collect some of the best ?? sandwiches in the city. I've brought many here, they have made this place their own as well, lbvs. Family run place, closes at a "family time"- no late nights. A true neighborhood business- I love it

Parking: With the street renovations, most park on either side of the street, or the street to the East near the corner so you can crack the window and hear your number called if you choose to wait in your car ? ? ...“

“I totally am convinced the best bartenders that have a service that is always positive and smiling are the ones that can bring people together when others are struggling. I can say Booker did make a impact with just smiling, joking about his life, and connecting with me. I been here once before and it wasn't like this experience.
