I personally love cousins, but the one in Glendale always gets my online order wrong. I'm a vegetarian and only expect 4 items on my sandwich but they always forget the extra mayo and never put any on at all. It's extremely frustrating because I don't realize until I get home and cousins mayo is special or something, lol. It takes better than the store. I ordered online and this time my special instructions weren't followed. I know they were short handed that day so they probably missed it. The food was still good and hit the spot. Yes I recommend them and will be going back again. Drive thru wasn't real busy and they seem to work fast.

Do yourself a favor and don't order fries or cheesecurbs. They'll tell you it'll be "2 minutes" and then 15 minutes later they're ready and your food is cold. The subs are great and I get why they want to make them right there so they're fresh but the waiting is still frustrating. Especially when I ordered for pickup at 5:30 and am still sitting here at 5:50.
