Ordered from this location for corporate lunches the last couple weeks. Love that box lunches are an option, especially during the pandemic. Our orders have been absolutely perfect and the service even better. Way to go Bayshore! 👏🏽
I just walked out of the restaurant. There were some things they were out of but the employees had exceptionally nice attitudes and I will be returning.
Eating my sandwich as I write this. Very good and a phenomenal value. Exceeded my expectations.

Potbelly is a great fast-casual restaurant that offers delicious food and excellent delivery service. Their catering is also a hit, with prompt delivery and setup. The staff are friendly and ensure that the food is hot and fresh upon arrival. While their sandwiches, or "sammies," are a highlight, some salads may be underwhelming. Kids' meals come with apple sauce and a cookie, a nice touch. The service received from Jordan, Alexa and Cassie was some of the best customer service. One customer was impressed and grateful when Casey showed full service and kindness, driving a forgotten sandwich over herself. Potbelly is a great choice for events and everyday meals.
