“Service was a bit lengthy but I ordered a wrap and did they pile on the chicken!! That wrap was so full that they had difficulty wrapping it. That was lunch for 2 days. Not only that the wrap was good. I ordered #20.The best thing about my visit was there was this elderly guy in line ordering his food. He had a wheelchair like device and he stood up and pointed to his toppings for his sub. The guy in front of him looked over at him and smiled. He told the cashier I'll pay for his meal and said to the guy sir this one's on me. That just made my heart full of joy to see such a moment!!“

“Fist off, my girl is awesome. Everytime I go she’s always friendly and welcoming. I’m very particular about how my sub made and she didn’t make me feel like she was annoyed to service me. She remembers my order but still asks me if I want it that way each time. Her and her husband are friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. I don’t become a repeat customer to anywhere I’m not welcome. “Stopped in to buy a sub for my brother who lives out of state and cannot get CousinsSubs where he lives. When I mentioned to the young lady at the counter I am taking it on a plane she made sure she triple wrapped it and wrote please enjoy in the sub. She made my day! Great experience !!“

Every single time our subs are made well and taste great. When we ask for extra of something they give us extra, we ask for light of something they give us light. Great subs and experience every time.“

After waiting way too long for assistance, I asked him if someone can take my order and then he got up from his seat to get an employee. When she came she polite and very neat. The place was clean.
