“Horrible service my bowl of shrimp scampi was not filled how it was supposed to be there was only one piece of shrimp in it… also the iced coffee I asked for has cold full on it and I asked the lady here pretty sure is the manager if she can fix my drink she didn’t even go back to ask somebody about the cold foam she just said no we don’t do that here after she just looked at the picture and she walked away and rolled her eyes and made a mean comment under her breath“

“Service was a bit lengthy but I ordered a wrap and did they pile on the chicken!! That wrap was so full that they had difficulty wrapping it. That was lunch for 2 days. Not only that the wrap was good. I ordered #20.The best thing about my visit was there was this elderly guy in line ordering his food. He had a wheelchair like device and he stood up and pointed to his toppings for his sub. The guy in front of him looked over at him and smiled. He told the cashier I'll pay for his meal and said to the guy sir this one's on me. That just made my heart full of joy to see such a moment!!“

“I picked up my sandwich in the drive-thru. There were a few cars ahead of me that took a long time, but when I finally pulled up, the young guy had my sandwich ready. He thanked me for my order and wished me a good night. May not seem like much, but these days, most of the time, fast food employees barely look you in the face much less speak to you. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you!“
