“I recently visited my local Jersey Mike's and I was impressed from the moment I walked in the dining area and prep line look clean and organized which gave me confidence about how the food was handled the staff greeted me right away and asked if I use the app or rewards before which I appreciate it because it sure they were paying attention and trying to be helpful.

For my order I went with the regular sub on White bread sliced fresh for the order plus chips and a drink. The meats and the Jesus were sliced to order and the top things were laid out neatly on the line not dried out or messy I had it made Mike's way with onions lettuce tomatoes oil vinegar and spices and everything tasted fresh and will balance rather than overly salty or greasy. The bread had a good texture with a slight crunch on the outside and softness inside which is one of the main reasons I like Jersey Mike's compared to some other sandwich chains where the bread can taste processed or stale.

Service was fast but still friendly there were a few people ahead of me but the line move quickly because everyone on the line had a clear role one person sliced another built the sandwich and someone else handle the register and drinks even with the speed they still took the time to double-check my toppings and confirm whether I wanted my extras my order came out accurate with no missing items and the sandwich was wrapped tightly so it didn't fall apart when I opened it.

I also like that Jersey Mike's has an easy-to-use rewards program that the mics account and the shore points you earn points and almost every item subs drinks chips cookies and those points add up to free subs at different sizes 48 points for a mini 72 for a regular and 144 for a giant.“

“I love the atmosphere calm setting under New Management. I love the greet when I walk through the door. Very pleasant as a GM. Your veggies are very fresh my BMT was the best Subway sandwich that I had in years. I am very picky with my food, just the freshness of my mail to my spinach my black olives. “I always order ahead to get the deals on the app The one in Pewaukee inside Walmart is the best always the say guy working and he makes the best subs my granddaughter and I say this is the best subway in the area. The one in Delafield is not good they put a ton of lettuce on to hide the fact that they don't use enough meat and not very friendly. The one in Sussex across from Meijer is also horrible the subs never taste as good and restaurant is always a mess all tables dirty and so is the floor do not like this one at all. I highly recommend the Pewaukee one inside Walmart always delicious“

“Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. Had to take the time to write this review for them.“
