“For a George Webb's, this is one of the best locations I've been to. It was super clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I went around 1 in the afternoon and it was really busy! I love sitting at the rail and getting that classic diner feel. I got the super George combo w/hashbrowns like I always do and it was a perfect lunch. If you are looking for a quality George Webb's location, this is it! If Waukesha is too far for you, Brookfield has another great location!”

“Went this past Friday (1/19/24) for the first time. Absolutely amazing. Ordered samosas to start, and the pastry was flaky throughout with tender potato and peas seasoned beautifully. Ordered my normal first-time “test” entrees of butter chicken and chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and buttered naan. Chicken was fork-tender, the spice profile was perfect, and the traditionally clay-baked naan was amazing. Gulab jumun for dessert was the perfect size and not overly sweet. Will absolutely return, and recommend to everyone I know.”

“great beer, great food, great atmosphere. From someone who prefers cocktails there is always a beer I enjoy on tap. Food takes a while but it is made to order (tacos or margarita pizza are my go to). Highly recommend!”

“Only sat outside as there was a street festival. The outdoor seating allowed to be out in the great weather and to watch and listen to the bands setup in the street. Only ordered beer, which was served quickly. Nice place.”

“A nice little sushi place. Ordered nigiri dinner but received sashimi dinner. Waitress very apologetic and fixed it as fast as possible. I will say that the sushi didn't live up to the hype of some of these reviews though. Since there are a lot of sushi restaurants I probably would choose a better one next time.”

“Food is always good. Service is a bit slow. Sometimes really good, sometimes a bit slow. Younger staff, so that says it all. But they are all very friendly and try very hard. We always go back. Wide open atmosphere, lots of room, can wait at the bar. Always call ahead of time or make a reservation.Parking: Parking right in front of entrance. Can drop off AT the door, park, and come on in. Handicap spots are available.Kid-friendliness: All the staff is extremely friendly.”

“One of our favorite places to go on the spur of the moment. Our server was the best last Friday. She noticed that we were celebrating a birthday and at the end of our excellent meal a slice of cake and lit candle were delivered soon a beautifully decorated plate. That’s customer service!”

“Always a solid dining experience at Eric's. My wife and I have been going for years. Sitting at the bar and enjoying some cocktails prior to an always great steak. Very charming atmosphere and always very relaxing. Steaks have always been cooked perfect and the dirty martinis are thr best. If you're one to Waukesha and looking for a small, customer oriented steak place, Eric's is just what your looking for.”

“We had a cake created for my brother-in-law’s Celebration of Life gathering after the service. The 3 layer cake was the best cake, I have ever had!!! Several of our guests were asking what fabulous bakery created this wonderful cake. In fact, there were only 3 pieces left at the end of the event. Some guests were looking for extra pieces to take home! Thank you Diane for the best cake, I’ve had since eating pastries in Paris, France. Your customer service is excellent, I appreciate your willingness to deliver the cake to the Cotton Exchange! Our family will be connecting with you for our next event!”

“Very relaxed and affordable wine bar. The atmosphere is laid back and the employees are always friendly and professional! I do suggest that they offer a complimentary pallet cleansing snack like chex-mix, crackers, or pretzels, especially with flights.”

“Hit and miss this visit, service was terrible, some didn't get their entire order and one person's chicken was so hard they couldn't chew it, sent it back for a refund, he couldn't eat anything else it tuned his stomach so much. Had to ask multiple times for items and even then didn't get what was asked for.”
