“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“I just found this wonderful shop and I’m so sad I’m moving out of state in 3 months!! This is the best ice cream I have ever had in my entire life!!! “Overall this place is pretty good. However lately I’ve had bad experiences. Cookies clearly missing toppings, hardly any filling in “sandwich” cookies, and over baked cookies that are hard and clearly should have never gone out. If I wanted a crunchy dry cookie I’d go to the gas station. 95% of my interactions here are good, but it’s the bad ones that stick out.“

“Lee's offers a great selection of ice cream treats. They offer food items such as hot dogs, burgers, and pretzels. They have classics such as vanilla, chocolate etc but also flavor burst ice cream as well. If you enjoy dipped cones Lee's is for you. They offer chocolate, twinkle, sprinkle, butterscotch and cherry. They offer shakes and sundaes. There are seasonal offerings as well. Lee's is a great summer treat stop with the family or solo. It does offer some seating inside and outside.“

“I had such a nice experience at Brookfield crumbl. I didn't get the names of the associates, but they were so kind to my dumb ass walking in not knowing what to do. I got two boxes of minis and they were quick, nice, and got me out the door in record time. You guys are great!!“

“My husband and I stopped in to pick up some dessert here after dinner. This was a wonderful way to finish off a great evening.
There was a great variety of options from macarons to mousse desserts, and all sorts of cakes as well as gelato.We chose a cake with Dubai chocolate, and it was delicious.
The service by the young man was excellent and we got to meet the owner. She was very friendly, and even permitted me to practice my very rusty French with her. Highly recommend this classy patisserie.“

“First time here. Took a long bike ride with some friend and we were hungry for some ice cream.

Food:
When we first entered it didn't look like they had much in the way of ice cream. They had lot of different choices including cones, sundaes, and shakes. We ended up getting a couple of Turtle Sundaes, a PB Lovers Sundae and Pumpkin Shake. Took a few minutes, and had it delivered to the table. All of them were excellent. They looked great, had plenty of fillings, nice whip cream, and the cherry on top. It looked like it was made with care.

Service:
Not exactly sure, but I think the person waiting on us was the owner. Super friendly and helpful. Did a good job of explaining the different sundaes. Delivered the food to the table with a sense of urgency (don't want the whip cream to melt).

Atmosphere:
The place is part of a larger strip mall like building. It's on the end, and has an outside area with tables. It was a little cool, so we opted to sit inside. Big tables for groups of 4. Big windows with lots of natural light coming through. There were seveal other tables there, and people were having friendly conversations. The noise level was good.

Glad we stopped. We hear they have good burgers, so we will need to try those next time.“

“Cookies weren't bad, they were pretty good I just wish they were a little warmer and I didn’t like how the chocolate chip cookie and the s'mores cooking was a-bit crunchy an I don’t like that texture.. I prefer soft cookies but they mostly tasted fine.“
