Went in at 5:15pm to find the inside lobby almost empty surprisingly. I walk right up and order 1 pint of ice cream, thats it. Im given a number and long story short wait for the better part of almost 10min in an empty lobby for someone to realize and pack a pint. I purposely did not say anything. There needs to be someone more responsible and attentive in charge of all of the kids they have working there. I walk out and 6 of the 7 cars that were in the drive thru and parked already...read full review
Driver didn't bring our malts and didn't come back! I texted her and she said she would be back in 10 to 15 minutes. We'll an hour has gone by and she still hasn't returned. I called Culver's and they said there wasn't anything they could do? They told me to text her, I did 3 times. I am pissed off. ! $40 order for 2 burgers, onion rings and cheese curds it nuts to begin with.
