Last order was wrong sandwich. No big deal it happens. Sent me a card to have it replaced. Went to claim, wouldn’t give me the meal as I originally ordered. I said sure the sandwich was wrong and the fries and drink were fine but I didn’t get a full meal last time did I? It’s a package deal. The meal was incorrect. She just nodded her head and continued to not really pay attention to me. Hey you guys saved a cheese curd and a drink and lost a customer. Cost benefit analysis required on this oneI mean, I work in customer service if I see a customer come in with a voucher because his last experience was not satisfying. I think I’m gonna go above and beyond this one to make sure they leave extra happy but call me crazy

I know Friday evenings are busy, but I waited 45 minutes for 4 chicken tenders. 2/3 times I come to this Culver’s, they lose my order and I have to tell them they forgot me. When I had enough, I went in and told one of the drive thru runners in a very polite manner that I had been seeing other cars coming and going and he gave me some classic customer service line that they use for the difficult customers. Finally, a sweet younger employee went ahead and asked the kitchen where my order was, and made it her top priority. Shoutout to her, but all in all, if this Culver’s seems to have forgotten you, they probably did. Speak up. Maybe they’ll start coming up with a more efficient way so this doesn’t happen as often as it does. This was the 4th time this has happened to me, and I’ve only been here around a dozen times.

Came here to get burgers and then whip cream cups (for our dogs) this place charges for the "pup cups". Ridiculous. No other place that offers "pup cups" charges. Can even go to starbucks and get free pup cups..I usually go to places where i can get my dog a nice treat. Wont be back at this location.
