Mukwonago location:This was the best McDonald's in the area 5 years ago.It is awful now. Dirty, terrible slow, inefficient service. Wrong orders...My daughter loves McDonald's and doesn't notice, so I take her anyway, but I don't even get food for myself
Ate their February 12th at 4:30. I had the worst Big Mac ever. My wife had the cheeseburger. Her comment was that it was the most expensive small patty she had ever eaten. Our fries were soggy and cold; not crisp and hot like we would expect them to be. The restaurant itself was dirty. Floors weren't cleaned up and tables not cleaned off. Not at all the experience we would have expected.

Everytime I order food from here, my order is wrong. Like this morning, 4/13/24. I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, and a large diet coke. They only got the large diet coke correct. I received a bacon egg and cheese bagel, and a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. I don't recommend eating here.
