The staff is so friendly and the food has been hot & fresh on our last few visits! Today during our visit, a few staff waved at my daughter when we entered and one of the managers even gave a stuffed Scoopie to one of his employees to give to my toddler! It made her day. I noticed they knew a lot of regulars by name which I thought was cool. I’ve been very impressed the last few times we’ve gone as the food is hot & fresh and the staff is always friendly and makes conversation.
Extremely friendly, some kids need to be a little bit louder when taking an order. I miss the greetings when you first get in the door, really used to make people feel welcome and engage in smiles.
