“Very busy when I got in for lunch. They were able to make the food fresh and fast and I received the best customer service. Not to mention the place was clean for how busy it was. Not to mention the burger was the best bacon burger Ive ever had. I would recommend this place over and over!“

Today during our visit, a few staff waved at my daughter when we entered and one of the managers even gave a stuffed Scoopie to one of his employees to give to my toddler! It made her day. “"the" Kitchen in Sussex, is a hidden gem. I am hesitant to review it publicly because it may lose its small town diner feel.I have been here 2x, both times for breakfast. Fast service, friendly service, quick coffee and good. My first time I had an omelette - nothing wrong with it. The second time I had the Corned Beef with two eggs over easy - nothing wrong with it. And, a side of ham - moist and not dryed out. The wheat bread both times were good.A nice, small town diner that for me does it right.I will be back (at least) 1x per week.“

“Stopped in for lunch today because we had heard good things about this place. Great views from dining room windows. We were a party of three and 2 of us had ribs and my wife had pulled smoked chicken. The sides of smoked beans and tots were really good. While I never really expect ribs to be great at lunch, because they are usually the leftovers from the night before, these were really pretty good. The sauce they came with was excellent. Service was great and prompt. All in all, a place we will return to.“

“Came on a Friday with a friend for her birthday lunch. She was craving a burger and this place hit the mark! It was way busier than I expected for a hole in the wall place in Waukesha. There is a front area with tables, a bar, and a stage. We went into the back area that was a little quieter - still had TVs and a relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was sweet but a bit overwhelmed. Took way longer than expected for two burgers with tots. I had a turkey burger and my dining companion had the black and blue burger sans bun. We both liked our meals and the prices were fair. There were a variety of families, friends, and coworkers hanging out. I would return to watch a game or for lunch, but wouldn't bank on getting in and out quickly, so plan accordingly.“

“For a George Webb's, this is one of the best locations I've been to. It was super clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I went around 1 in the afternoon and it was really busy! I love sitting at the rail and getting that classic diner feel. I got the super George combo w/hashbrowns like I always do and it was a perfect lunch. If you are looking for a quality George Webb's location, this is it! If Waukesha is too far for you, Brookfield has another great location!“

“We often eat at this restaurant when we visit Pewaukee. This local small business is known for its delicious frozen custard and large flame-broiled burgers, but it also has a variety of sandwiches, sundaes, and malts. Our favorites are the Cheese Dog and the Cheeseburger (which pleasantly surprised me the first time I ordered because of its huge size--1/3 lb). Each day they have a custard flavor of the day and chocolate and vanilla custard. They even give you a calendar with the flavors so you can plan to visit when your favorite flavor is offered. The staff was friendly too, and we will continue to eat there when we're in the area!“

“You may not know it, but Culver's is a top notch seafood restaurant. One of my favorite dishes is their butterflied shrimp dinner. Welcome to delicious! If you have a hankering for some goooooood shrimp, just stop in at your nearest Culver's. You get 6 golden brown giant shrimp with two sides of your choice so don't just take the fries and coleslaw they suggest. If you order mashed potatoes with butter as I like them, be sure to tell the service person you want HOT mashed potatoes. I like them hot enough to melt the butter. And buttered broccoli! Who'd a thunk it? They actually know how to cook broccoli! So try their glorious Shrimp Dinner with mashed potatoes and broccoli and pat yourself on the back for such a great choice!“

Attached is our receipt, the bacon burger had no bacon on it the deluxe had only 1 patty on it (forgot to take a picture. We didn’t want to drive back because we were hungry. We go to this Culvers a lot because we live basically across the street. All I ordered today was custard in the drive thru and there were approximately 12 cars who came and went before I got anything - and that was because I caught the person who was bringing out orders. “Went here on 4/13/24 Went here with a friend for lunch. Now that the days are getting warmer- they have outdoor seating. Inside is welcoming. Very clean. Laid out nicely. Many options in the menu besides burgers. We both ordered bacon Cheeseburgers. They offer up 2 choices of fries. The burgers were huge. Fresh and made to perfection. Everything was perfect. The person who waited on us did a great job for us. Rough us out beverages right away and the food came up pretty fast even tho the place was pretty busy. I met the owner. Very nice lady. This is a privately owned establishment. Love supporting local places. There is more than one of these places. I think she said there are two others? But they are all privately owned. Great place to take your family, friends or kids to. They have plenty of tv's if u want to watch a game. They also have music videos playing in some of the tv's. Great atmosphere. “I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“
