“Had a cheeseburger and fries plus classic Bloody Mary which was pretty good Plate burger and fries came on was too small so juice from pickles kinda saturated the bun. Ordered medium done for meat but pretty much raw. Maybe that was my fault and should of ordered med well? Liked the fries a lot as not too salty. Service was GREAT! Somehow my wallet came out of my pants pocket and must've fell on chair seat. When we'd left, server tried tracking us down but we were already on our way. I realized it wasn't on me when I got home so called. They had retrieved it and put it in a safe place until my son picked it up the next am. Honesty and integrity those workers have there. God bless them! ❤“

“My wife and I visited for the first time tonight 11/11/22. The smoked wings rocked, the brisket was awesome and the drinks well made. Atmosphere was great and the server was very friendly. We will definitely be back again soon. Next time we will certainly bring family and friends.“

“Went to this location for national cheeseburger day. Wow was it busy, but the crew working did a phenomenal job. The guy that was in charge of the fries and yelling out orders pick ups did a great job. Whenever he had a spare second he would ask the people waiting their name and went and checked where we were in the line. Some customers got upset with the wait, but what do you expect on national cheeseburger day when they have a buy one get one deal going on??

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“New building! The drive through went fast for everyone but us! 2 orders of buffalo tenders, 1 cheese curds and 2 shakes. We knew our arrival because of GPS and realized it took 43 minutes to get our food. They kept going to other cars. We did get a nice apology but not even a coupon for ice cream.“

“Burger was fantastic perfectly cooked medium rare generous portion. Mozzarella sticks were gigantic and amazing and the shaved onions were incredible. The arcade games were mostly out of order but for dining and drinking this establishment is top notch and very reasonably priced.“

“Overall great place. Knew previous owners before the current but I am happy the vibes are still the same! Minor difficulty to get to the ramp if cars are there if you are wheelchair-bound or using a stroller. Still great! Love the food and ice cream!
Parking: There is only 3 or 4 parking spaces before the signs of tenants parking which is only 2.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Great to bring kids for ice cream
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair access however cars aren't super mindful of it so you might have difficulty getting to the ramp.“

“3/22/26 Sunday evening, the crew at DQ was excellent. VERY PATIENT AND CALM AND IN CONTROL. Food was fresh and it looked just like the pictures. Didnt even have to check the bag, cause they reassured us that it was all there. ONION RINGS ARE THE BEST“

“Great staff. Great food our burgers were made fresh and looked great tasted great. Most fast food restaurant staff don't care about the presentation but these guys did we liked it so much we went back through a second time. It took a little longer on the wait time but that's cause they made it all fresh. Amazing on my next trip to Milwaukee I'll be stopping again.“
“Whitney is the best server we have had, not only this location but anywhere we have visited. Whitney is kind, understanding, and very attentive. She anticipates the customers needs being quick and efficient in her efforts to please. We appreciate her tremendously. This Pewaukee location has to be the best. Management truly cares about the guests as well as her people.“

“We usually go through the drive thru when we are in the area. The other day we went inside and had the best experience. My three boys and I ordered our food and then sat down. Tyler brought us our food and immediately my son dropped his hamburger. Without hesitation he went and got him another hamburger. He was patient and so kind with us.“

“I would like to thank the person that fixed our raspberry cheesecake ice cream today normally when I go, there’s hardly any of the toppings in the ice cream and I’m always so disappointed but this time it was loaded. I appreciate you and I thank you. Hopefully it will continue to be as good as it was today. Delicious!!!!“
