Tried to get DQ last night. Staff ran our brand new gift card and said it was fine. Then ran it again and said we didn’t have enough money on it for our order (because they had already taken money off of it to pay for it once!) and wouldn’t give us the gift card or our order. Tried calling management today and she said we weren’t telling the truth and hung up. All it would have taken was $15 on a gift card or coupons and we would have been fine with a “misunderstanding.”...read full review

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a classic setting with a clean and well-maintained location. The crew is excellent, patient, calm, and in control. The food is fresh and looks just like the pictures. The onion rings are the best. It stands out as an old timer spot for some amazing food, including well-filled soft serve cones and newest Blizzard toppings. The staff is efficient and the booths are clean. Parking is easy with plenty of spots, and it is a kid-friendly ice cream shop.
