“I recently visited my local Jersey Mike's and I was impressed from the moment I walked in the dining area and prep line look clean and organized which gave me confidence about how the food was handled the staff greeted me right away and asked if I use the app or rewards before which I appreciate it because it sure they were paying attention and trying to be helpful.

For my order I went with the regular sub on White bread sliced fresh for the order plus chips and a drink. The meats and the Jesus were sliced to order and the top things were laid out neatly on the line not dried out or messy I had it made Mike's way with onions lettuce tomatoes oil vinegar and spices and everything tasted fresh and will balance rather than overly salty or greasy. The bread had a good texture with a slight crunch on the outside and softness inside which is one of the main reasons I like Jersey Mike's compared to some other sandwich chains where the bread can taste processed or stale.

Service was fast but still friendly there were a few people ahead of me but the line move quickly because everyone on the line had a clear role one person sliced another built the sandwich and someone else handle the register and drinks even with the speed they still took the time to double-check my toppings and confirm whether I wanted my extras my order came out accurate with no missing items and the sandwich was wrapped tightly so it didn't fall apart when I opened it.

I also like that Jersey Mike's has an easy-to-use rewards program that the mics account and the shore points you earn points and almost every item subs drinks chips cookies and those points add up to free subs at different sizes 48 points for a mini 72 for a regular and 144 for a giant.“

“The only subway location I will go to. She makes the best subs and adds a healthy amount of toppings; I've had issues at other locations that give the smallest amount of lettuce but she fills my sub up. Absolutely the best subway around.“

“We were just at this store. Even though they were severely understaffed, they still kicked butt! The guy on drivethru, AJ had the headset on taking orders for drivethru, and manning the front counter! From what I could tell there was one guy back on fryers and cooking. There was nice lady named Jeanine (sp?) that made sure all the orders were going out correctly. I had ordered onion rings and they were so busy they forgot to put them down. She was honest with me and told me she would bring them out to me, and she did it herself. They got through all the customers and I didn't here any complaints from any of them. Thanks guys. Dinner was delicious.“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“I went inside to place my order to go, because I haven't been here in a long time, wasn't familiar with their menu anymore and I didn't want to hold up the drive thru line.

I didn't catch the cashiers name, but he was very helpful and super patient (not the fake annoyed with me either) with me. He made sure my order was correct and overall made my experience great. The food was fresh and in my opinion better than their competitor. I was ordering for my family of 3 and one of them is a picky eater.  It was nice being able to order for my family to go and not feel like I was being rushed.

The atmosphere was fine. There were younger people there, families, couples. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I don't have much to say about it as my order was for take out.“

“This is a really good Arby's. The food is always in my mind pretty much perfect. The manager is very involved and always asks what I'm waiting for when I go in after placing a mobile order. He always checks on customers that are in the restaurant to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate the attention he pays to what's going on in his restaurant.“

“I was this Pizza Hut last week. It was a little late, about 8:30. The staff was very friendly and allowed me to do some computer work and have some pizza. The pizza just hit the spot. I look around the place was clean. The staff was busy with take out orders but checked if I need a drink refill. Nice place to go where you can relax and have something good to eat.“

The highlight is definitely the staff. “As with most places, I believe it makes all the difference on who is making your food. I've had a good experience at this location in the past, but my most recent visit was rather disappointing. I ordered a burrito through the app for pickup. Without a doubt in my mind, there was less than 2oz of meat in the whole burrito. I've had similar experiences (at other locations) when ordering on the app as well.“

“I usually go here later in the day typically once or twice every other other week for 3 tripple cheeses, Its a nice dirty treat after the gym. I dont know why but today I got a nice stuffed medium fry and very nice drive thru people, they typically are polite and cool. If it wasnt for them id probably stop coming here. “The gentleman was professional and there were quite a few customers while I was eating my footlong Subway sandwich at his establishment. Knowing there were so many customers on a Sunday spoke volumes about that establishment. The restaurant was clean and the sub was superb as well as I had it toasted also. The ingredients were fresh and well placed on the sandwich as well and plentiful.“

“I always order ahead to get the deals on the app The one in Pewaukee inside Walmart is the best always the say guy working and he makes the best subs my granddaughter and I say this is the best subway in the area. The one in Delafield is not good they put a ton of lettuce on to hide the fact that they don't use enough meat and not very friendly. The one in Sussex across from Meijer is also horrible the subs never taste as good and restaurant is always a mess all tables dirty and so is the floor do not like this one at all. I highly recommend the Pewaukee one inside Walmart always delicious“
