“My sister, daughter and I were there last night. Our first year without our Dad/ Grandfather and it was our annual tree outing. We sat and ate and stayed till close just sharing memories. The staff were so kind that we lost track of time. Thank you for an amazing meal and allowing us to create new memories.“

“I haven't had Golden Chicken in many years . Tonight I ordered a chicken ,rib combo bucket with mashed potatos and gravy. $30 and it was great. The ribs were as good as any rib joint and the chicken was super. The chicken was not greasy at all. I will go back.“

We chatted a little and he let me know I'd need to pull around...no problem, didn't have to wait long, then he and another gentleman (Antonio)came out with my order and we talked some more...it was a very pleasant experience! I think when people complain, they should put themselves in the employee's shoes! I have worked fast food, and I know exactly what they have to go through. Kudos to Elijah and Antonio!!“

“Its fast food. That said the chicken is very good.
Tried a bit of both fried and grilled. The grilled has an odd oily coating. The fried chicken was great and frankly better flavor and texture all around.
The staff is just rock solid.“

“I visited Chick-fil-A on Capitol Drive in Pewaukee today while traveling from Rockford, IL, and had a great experience. A worker, Cherri, from Hospitality, was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to order, but she offered me several suggestions. She recommended the Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffin sandwich meal, which I chose, and it was excellent.

Cherri’s positive attitude and helpfulness made the experience better. The food was fresh, and the customer service was outstanding. Great service all around. I will definitely return when I’m in the area!“
