“Overall this place is pretty good. However lately I’ve had bad experiences. Cookies clearly missing toppings, hardly any filling in “sandwich” cookies, and over baked cookies that are hard and clearly should have never gone out. If I wanted a crunchy dry cookie I’d go to the gas station. 95% of my interactions here are good, but it’s the bad ones that stick out.“

“EXCELLENT pizza and customer service! The garlic knots are a MUST order every time we come here for our Sunday carryout orders. Pizzas and band practices go hand in hand. Glad to have a local place for delicious pizza! Highly recommend checking this place out.“

“Overall great place. Knew previous owners before the current but I am happy the vibes are still the same! Minor difficulty to get to the ramp if cars are there if you are wheelchair-bound or using a stroller. Still great! Love the food and ice cream!
Parking: There is only 3 or 4 parking spaces before the signs of tenants parking which is only 2.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Great to bring kids for ice cream
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair access however cars aren't super mindful of it so you might have difficulty getting to the ramp.“

“I live on the far south east corner of Milwaukee County, and I am always on the lookout for a great burger. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Sweet Dreams in Hartford, I have made the drive five times since finding this hamburger stand earlier in the summer, the burgers are that good. And the best news, last time we were there we were told they are planing on being open this winter. If you’re looking for a great burger, amazing fall colors a great staff to take your order. I can’t recommend Sweet Dreams enough.“

“I have never ordered kid's meals from Culver's and did not know that the coupon on the paper sack needed to be presented for the free scoop of ice cream. The counter clerk, a young man, and the manager--another young man were very accommodating and understood.my ignorance about the process and looked up my order for the grandkids online and honored the promise of a free scoop. “I would like to give appreciation to the staff working at the Sussex location at 1pm today. I come to this location pretty often, maybe a bit too much lol and they always get everything 100% correct and have fantastic service. Today they went above and beyond. I usually order my drink with no ice and today I forgot to ask and they did it. I’m not sure if this was even intentional or not, but love them for that. If there’s any type of reward or something that even I can do to show my appreciation I would love to know! Thanks so much as always!!!!!“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“Great staff. Great food our burgers were made fresh and looked great tasted great. Most fast food restaurant staff don't care about the presentation but these guys did we liked it so much we went back through a second time. It took a little longer on the wait time but that's cause they made it all fresh. Amazing on my next trip to Milwaukee I'll be stopping again.“

“We usually go through the drive thru when we are in the area. The other day we went inside and had the best experience. My three boys and I ordered our food and then sat down. Tyler brought us our food and immediately my son dropped his hamburger. Without hesitation he went and got him another hamburger. He was patient and so kind with us.“
