“Had a hectic day having to race pick up the kids, get home and realized that it was late and we wouldn’t have food done in time to feed the toddlers so we went to culvers and ordered take out. Attached is our receipt, the bacon burger had no bacon on it the deluxe had only 1 patty on it (forgot to take a picture. We didn’t want to drive back because we were hungry. We go to this Culvers a lot because we live basically across the street. Usually your attention to detail is amazing but today… t failed :( You didn’t lose a customer… just wanted to give this feedback to remind staff to pay attention to details.“

We were a party of three and 2 of us had ribs and my wife had pulled smoked chicken. The sides of smoked beans and tots were really good. While I never really expect ribs to be great at lunch, because they are usually the leftovers from the night before, these were really pretty good. The sauce they came with was excellent. Service was great and prompt. All in all, a place we will return to.“

There is a front area with tables, a bar, and a stage. We went into the back area that was a little quieter - still had TVs and a relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was sweet but a bit overwhelmed. Took way longer than expected for two burgers with tots. I had a turkey burger and my dining companion had the black and blue burger sans bun. We both liked our meals and the prices were fair. There were a variety of families, friends, and coworkers hanging out. I would return to watch a game or for lunch, but wouldn't bank on getting in and out quickly, so plan accordingly.“

“We often eat at this restaurant when we visit Pewaukee. This local small business is known for its delicious frozen custard and large flame-broiled burgers, but it also has a variety of sandwiches, sundaes, and malts. Our favorites are the Cheese Dog and the Cheeseburger (which pleasantly surprised me the first time I ordered because of its huge size--1/3 lb). Each day they have a custard flavor of the day and chocolate and vanilla custard. They even give you a calendar with the flavors so you can plan to visit when your favorite flavor is offered. The staff was friendly too, and we will continue to eat there when we're in the area!“

“Although I have never actually eaten inside, my family and I do order the fish fry often. It has to be the best fish fry i've ever had and it has a great price as well. I would easily recommend them if you are looking for a good fish fry. I have been inside the restaurant a few times when picking up orders and it has a really unique interior, the building's original purpose being a train station. Whenever we have picked up our food service has been good.“

All I ordered today was custard in the drive thru and there were approximately 12 cars who came and went before I got anything - and that was because I caught the person who was bringing out orders. They seemed unorganized and all over the place today.We will try again another day but today was a disappointment from a service level.“

“Went here on 4/13/24 Went here with a friend for lunch. Now that the days are getting warmer- they have outdoor seating. Inside is welcoming. Very clean. Laid out nicely. Many options in the menu besides burgers. We both ordered bacon Cheeseburgers. They offer up 2 choices of fries. The burgers were huge. Fresh and made to perfection. Everything was perfect. The person who waited on us did a great job for us. Rough us out beverages right away and the food came up pretty fast even tho the place was pretty busy. I met the owner. Very nice lady. This is a privately owned establishment. Love supporting local places. There is more than one of these places. I think she said there are two others? But they are all privately owned. Great place to take your family, friends or kids to. They have plenty of tv's if u want to watch a game. They also have music videos playing in some of the tv's. Great atmosphere. “I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“
