“What a cute little place to stop for a bite for lunch. Traditional deli set-up and atmosphere; order at the counter, find a table, pick-up at the window when your number is called. When finished, take your dish to the waste station and dump and stack.

The young man at the counter was friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about the offerings of the day. When I went back to the counter after eating to purchase some bakery to take home, the young lady who was now there was also very friendly.

The food is delicious. I had the Reuben with Potato Salad, which also came with a pickle spear. Everything was wonderful. The Reuben was very well balanced without any one ingredient overpowering the others. The corned beef is brisket but sliced thin and stacked, making it easier to eat than those who use a single, thick wedge. The bakery I took home was good, but actually too sweet for me. The flavors were good, but the overload of sugar was too much for me. If you're a fan of sweet sweets, then definitely give it go!“

We love the new specials they’ve been putting out and we also appreciate all of the effort they put into supporting the community. Anytime someone asks for a place to go in Waukesha we always recommend Copilot. We’re so grateful to have such an amazing place downtown!“

We ran into a catering glitch 2 months before the big day and found this business- the owner Pete swooped in to save the day! He was extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and FUNNY and helped make it one of the best days ever! Everyone LOVED the BBQ, mac and cheese, CHIPS and late night paninis. The food and service was SPOT ON! They also accommodated our vegetarian and GF friends :-) I will always call this a serendipitous encounter and I am so happy to have found The Suburban Bourban/ Three Legged Pig/ Pete and the whole crew, thank you all!“

The service was even faster than usual, but the highlight was definitely the bartender. He was incredibly friendly and made me a delicious cucumber and fresh mint mocktail, plus a kiddie cocktail for my son—and then generously comped them both!

The only real downside here is the parking, but honestly, that’s just the price you pay for a fantastic restaurant that's always busy. Excellent food and top-tier service overall. We’ll definitely keep coming back!“

A great choice of pastas, salads, beef, pork, chicken, seafood, pizza and deserts. Full choice of beverages with a great wine list and a surprisingly inexpensive evening! I live across a Panera & I still go out the way to this one. The manager Areta especially is always so helpful & goes above & beyond to help her customers.
