Love their strawberry chef salad! So glad it’s back. So good and filling. Like the kiosk so we can order and set down. 👍🏻
First time at this Panera! Customer service was great! Food tasted good. No soup that day due to something being broken which I understand things happen…But the bathroom, every inch of the dining room floor (carpet and tile), booth seats, most tables, soda machine area, and even honestly the walls looked gross. Food was okay we had coupons so the price was better otherwise feel they are rather pricey. The service was very good, place needed to be cleaned up better, tables, and seats were not clean, dirty dishes piles up, paper on the ground, bathrooms not cleaned.

Panera Bread is a wonderful place to stop off the freeway and grab food. Lunch can be hectic, so watch your step. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious as usual. However, the music is loud and unpleasant, tables, floors, and countertops are filthy, the drink area sticky, the clogged toliet smells oddly, and the overall experience feels disappointing, with the establishment going down hill quickly.
