“Due to their location, I doubt this place is ever overwhelmingly busy. I was greeted as I entered the store by who I assumed to be the owner / operator. He and the female employee with him were very pleasant, and had my food ready to go in less than 5 minutes! Delicious sub sandwich! Pleasant atmosphere, clean store too!“

“Whoever says the service is bad and the food is subpar doesn't know what they're talking about. I've been frequenting this location since I've moved to the area and I can say I've always had a positive experience. The employees are incredibly friendly and always have my order fresh and correct. If you're in Sussex/Lannon looking for a quick sub this is a good spot to scratch that itch.“

“I love Jersey Mike's because they have gluten-free bread and you can do a lot of personalization of the sandwich you order. I would recommend you try it Mike's way it is delicious. My brother and SIL love the Italian. I usually order the Club.

Parking: There is a parking lot with plenty of spots.“

We told the person taking our order...I believe her name was Michelle . The staff who made the subs were incredible and Michelle went above and beyond customer service. I just thought you should know just how great they were and how accommodating considering we ordered a lot! So thank you so very much employees like that are hard to find. “We had a large order for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The staff were a pleasure to work with. I did a pre order for 18 pizzas and 3 lbs of boneless wings a week in advance. I had to change pick up time and there was no problem. The staff was happy to accommodate. The order was just being finished at our pick up time. Everything was hot and delicious! I highly recommend!“

“Wonderful Experience! I ordered online 60 subs for a party to be ready for pickup Sat AM at 10:15 AM. I did receive a confirmation email that they had received my order.I did call to check on the order the next day and was told yes, they had my order and it would be ready on Saturday for pickup.The entire order was ready to go when we arrived and each sub was clearly labeled. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism of this establishment and will definitely use them again.

“Of every Jimmy John’s location I’ve been to this one is EXEMPLARY. I’ve been there everytime alex was working and he’s always put on great service with a smile. Seconds after I order I get my sandwich and can get back to work asap. Luke was also working today and genuinely this is the best Jimmy John’s location I’ve ever been to“

“I pick up catering orders from here several times a year, and I also come in for lunch several times a month. Consistently a great option - really good sandwiches and friendly service. The few times I had an issue, I returned to the store and they made it right without complaint and apologized for the mistake. The shorter African American manager also helped me out in a pinch once when I placed an order that was VERY last minute due to a change in schedule with visitors coming to visit our site. She was so kind and accommodating, even though my order clearly backed up the line a bit. Thanks for the great service. The only comment I would make is that I always pick up and take out. The one time I was considering eating in, there wasn't a clean table available. It's a sign of the times and places are short staffed, so I get it. The food prep area has always been very clean, though, which is what matters most.“
