He and the female employee with him were very pleasant, and had my food ready to go in less than 5 minutes! Delicious sub sandwich! Pleasant atmosphere, clean store too!“

“I went to the Elm Grove Chocolate Factory last night for a sundae. The last time I went an employee named Aaron was there and he knocked it out of the park. Last night Devin was there and it was just as good. Devin was friendly, professional, and constantly moving. The other staff members were also on the move. The place was busy HOWEVER Devin ran it like a well oiled machine. Orders were being delivered to the customers quickly and correctly! Tables were cleaned, the condiment are was stocked and the customer service could not have been better.

Do yourself a favor and checkout the Elm Grove Chocolate Factory especially when Aaron and Devin are there. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great experience“

Picked up a club wrap for dinner tonight. It was delicious. Securely packed, it was very well wrapped when I got home. I did not modify the sandwich other than to move from bread to a wrap.

The dressing made it a bit messy once unwrapped, but I wiped off the bottom and it was fine. Nicely proportioned, although I'm an onion fiend and might get extra onions if I go back for a 2nd trial. Made sure to have my plate directly under the sandwich - lots of dressing ended up on the plate and happily not my shirt!

It was late enough that Starbucks was empty, so I parked in front on the side facing Mequon Road. But not a big deal to walk if there hadn't been. Plenty of parking on the side lot.“

“Been a frequent flyer at cousins, i have visited multiple locations as im not a fan of most sub restaurants, the place is always clean, quick service, they have the best cheese curds, I like them better than other fast food restaurants. Never had a bad experience at any cousin's subs location.“

“This specific Jimmy John's always makes the best sandwiches! Like the other locations, they're freaky fast, but in comparison to other locations, they really hook you up with the best. Our may be a little further than our nearest shop, but it's well worth it.“

“I pick up catering orders from here several times a year, and I also come in for lunch several times a month. Consistently a great option - really good sandwiches and friendly service. The few times I had an issue, I returned to the store and they made it right without complaint and apologized for the mistake. The shorter African American manager also helped me out in a pinch once when I placed an order that was VERY last minute due to a change in schedule with visitors coming to visit our site. She was so kind and accommodating, even though my order clearly backed up the line a bit. Thanks for the great service. The only comment I would make is that I always pick up and take out. The one time I was considering eating in, there wasn't a clean table available. It's a sign of the times and places are short staffed, so I get it. The food prep area has always been very clean, though, which is what matters most.“

“It’s a fast food sub place - don’t go in expecting fine dining. Sometimes mistakes occur but the staff is typically gracious about fixing any problems. Food is great, especially with the addition of more chicken options. Fries and curds are always freshly made.“

“The subs here are great but when I got the new cookie foot long it was ice cold. I was excited to try out the new cookie footlong until I realized the one I had recieved was as hard as ice. Hopefully next time I will receive a cookie foot long that is actually warm but overall good subway.“
