“We stop here for dinner whenever we visit Pewaukee. (It's not a candy store, as the name implies.) Right across the street from the water, it is a convenient place to get a tasty sub, fresh salad, or mouth-watering ice cream. We’ve had the delicious roast beef, turkey, and ham and cheese subs made with their fresh, lightly-crusted, Italian sub rolls. The oregano gives them a unique, pleasant flavor. And of course we get their delicious ice cream that comes in many flavors, such as Moose Tracks or Strawberry Cheesecake. Parking is on the street or at their spacious lot in the back. We look forward to our next meal there!“

“Mark (Owner) is a great guy. Will talk with you while he works and has a great product. Bread made fresh daily, meats used are quality and he is willing to alter subs slightly upon request. No cheese. Add peppercinis. Or hot peppers. A beverage. Chips and a giant sub for $11! Can't beat that.“
“Classic sub shop vibe. Love the subs and wide variety of ice cream flavors. It's our go to for subs and ice cream. For the most part the customer service is fine but sometimes there seems to be a lack of communication amongst employees creating confusion which is why I gave that part 4 stars. I've never had any issues with my orders just an observation.“
“This isn't a review, this is a love story. These are the best sub sandwiches I've ever had in my life. We have been coming here for years and they keep knocking it out of the park. Every other restaurant is cheapening their ingredients and giving you less and charging you more. The Chocolate Factory is staying the course. They have found their lane and they are staying in it and blowing by everyone else in the business. I love, love the Blackberry Turkey Sub with blackberry preserves and giardiniera. We also tried their sub of the month, the Korean Beef Bulgogi. You have not lived until you've had this sub. It's made with Korean beef carnitas, gochujang sauce, super greens, sweet chili sauce, jalapenos and oregano. It's sweet and slightly spicy. The Bulgogi beef is so tender and so flavorful, it melts in your mouth, and is complete culinary perfection! This sub will make you want to cry it's so good. Their sub bread is heaven!! Flaky and crusty and soft on the inside. NOBODY does bread like this any more! Chocolate Factory, I'm yours for life. Don't EVER Change!“
“Can I give a 10.. lol but seriously this is my 3rd time here as I travel for work and not from the area.. the employees energy in this place is unmatched. I walk out smiling even if I had the worse day! I’ll start coming here just because I had a bad day because they will indeed put a smile on my face. For reference I normally come in the evening/night before it was around 9pm today I came at 630 this the same great energy and greeting. Great souls in this place!“

“Haven't been to a Cousins in 10-15 years. Stopped in this evening and got a couple subs to go. Staff was friendly and efficient. Place was clean, including the women's restroom according to my wife. Subs were as good as I remembered.“

“Every time I go to Firehouse Subs in Menomonee Falls, it's always a pleasure. Everyone is always nice and courteous. This night was no exception. Mike, the manager, helped me with my app in order to use my birthday rewards. I also commend on how the whole time he and the other staff, Kayla and Ellen, would address me by name. That to me, is great customer service.“

“This is one of the recently remodeled Cousins and it's nice. The cheese steaks aren't quite as decedent as they were twenty years ago (and the fries in the combo are stingy) but really: it's quite filling and no one needs that much food for lunch anyway. They have a multi-drink machine but keep it pretty clean. Sandwiches are made to order and take a while but it's an expected wait. Bathrooms are OK until the wastebasket overflows (should probably just get a bigger container for lunch crowd). Table seating is clean and there are multiple places for up to four to sit in chairs (which is getting rare in remodels which often expect you to sit alone at a barstool). All in all, a pleasant surprise of a Cousins: I'll probably come back here a few times a year.“

“Food and experience were good. Lady's behind the counter were very nice. The subs were very good- got the Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub & Firehouse Hero Sub. 2 subs with 1 combo was $25. Place was clean and the workers were very helpful. The only things I didnt like- we sat at a table and there were fruit flies very annoying while trying to eat & I hate the pressure of tipping on the screen when paying.“
“This is just a typical small place by the side id the road; subs are decent, nothing fancy but the ladies working behind the counter are simply super, very friendly and you feel like you are going to eat at someone's home. Hence the 4 starts!“
“Due to their location, I doubt this place is ever overwhelmingly busy. I was greeted as I entered the store by who I assumed to be the owner / operator. He and the female employee with him were very pleasant, and had my food ready to go in less than 5 minutes! Delicious sub sandwich! Pleasant atmosphere, clean store too!“
