I love to be greeted immediately after walking in to a restaurant!Gosh it makes me feel that belong there and Ken helped to create that experience when I showed up for a Dream Bar in the morning.Have you tried this caramely chocolate bakery? - Wow, I’d love to have another! OMG their Powerhouse salad is sooooo yummy! I ordered this salad and a cup of chili (and a cookie) for lunch, planning on eating half the salad later on. The service was super-fast and friendly! I was so happy with my delicious, healthy food that I ordered the same thing for delivery a few days later and it came to my door perfectly even though the weather was freezing cold and the streets were hard to drive! Thanks, Potbelly Mayfair! You'll see me again!

I am so pleased by the customer service Ken showcased in store today. He was very pleasant and accommodating and even refused a tip. Hopefully a manager sees this to give him kudos, thanks again Ken!
