Our sandwiches were tasty & we didn't wait long for our order. Customer service matters and this staff needs some smiles & friendly interaction towards their customers .
fast service tho not personable . not a warm vibe. never hurts to say hi and make eye contact. very loud annoying music and i love most everything -maybe read your audience. bread tad usual lily it’s super moist and fabulous. i can deal with all that other stuff as long as the product is amazing.

Really $$$ for the amount of meat... Got a Pepe (ham & cheese) 3 skinny pieces of ham, thick cut tomatoes and cheese. 2 combos, just under 28 bucks. Not going back... We'll stick with Jersey Mike's & Cousin's going forward ...
