Got there at 5 for a 5:30 movie. Had a reservation. It wasnt crowded. Waited 15 minutes for a server and finally went to get one. Ordered and pizza hadn't arrived by 5:40. Went to check on the order and told them we needed it to go. At 5:45 we told them we were late for the movie and to cancel the order.
We arrive on Father's Day five minutes before our 5:00 pm reservation and we were told to sit anywhere. We decided to sit in the outer dining area. We felt ignored as servers had seated and served others that arrived after we did . It took 15 minutes for a server to greet us and bring us water and menus. We waited another 15 minutes and our waiter never returned . We left without ordering.
Great burgers, celebrated Fathers Day early. Enjoyed the atmosphere, staff were very polite and friendly. Always our go to for smash burgers. Service was good.
