Look...I know it's McDonald's so don't expect 5 stars but this place was horrible. Ice machine broken, soda flat, food cold, order wrong and you better not complain about anything in your order because you will get yelled at. I heard an employee bringing back food because the customer said the food was cold, the response "give her a refund because aren't doing this today. Don't remake her food." The employees are always weirdly hostile and mumble a lot but get mad when you can’t understand/hear them. (Specifically the male management is most aggressive with cusyomers) The food is hit or miss.
My two young kids visited the Mequon McDonald’s for a fun lunch with their grandma, and they had a truly outstanding experience! They chose this location because of the Happy Meal toys that they had available, and Sayveyonn and Kara absolutely went above and beyond to make my kids’ experience wonderful.
