Zarletti Mequon Reviews
Very romantic spot next to a candle lit fireplace. I like this Italian restaurant
Ryan made our evening with great service, humor and patience. The Bolognese entrees 2 of us had were lackluster with little protein and very dry. No bread brought to table. Shrimp Scampi and Ravioli were enjoyed by our guests.
I went to Zarletti in Mequon for the first time on a Wednesday night at 5:30PM; I made a dinner reservation for two and requested a booth in the corner for my mom who is ADA. When we arrived, parking was incredibly easy because of the parking lot! Plenty of parking spaces right in front. The building is beautiful and I loved the stone and leaves on the exterior. Zarletti Mequon offers wonderful service and tasty food, with superb bruschetta and wine. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and delicious cocktails. The outdoor dining area is a favorite for many guests. The food is generally excellent, with dishes like crab cakes and calamari receiving high praise. The pasta is fresh, and the desserts are dreamy. Service is attentive and staff are very nice, making the dining experience enjoyable. Customers appreciate that the tables are well-spaced, creating a comfortable environment. The main course can sometimes arrive too quickly, such as when served while guests are still finishing their salads. Some dishes, like ravioli, may be a little chewy or overdone at the edges, and the balsamic vinegar on the house salad can be quite acidic. The restaurant occasionally faces issues like dry crab cakes, hard pizza, or flavorless desserts, and there have been rare times when service was slower. The meatballs are perfect, and the wine selection is impressive. Customers suggest putting half order salads on a larger plate and offering more than a butter knife to cut chicken. Overall, Zarletti Mequon provides a pleasant dining experience with good food and attentive service.
