Food was fine. The customer service was horrendous. No one greets you or says be right with you, nothing. They had workers who didn't get trained properly because they didn't know what they were doing. Order took so long I had to leave. Several others left as well due to slow service.

This location is easy to get on and off I-43. The store managers and the entire team here are fantastic! My special requests for certain items are and have always been 100% correct. There is a very small wait during the rush times but it's never been an issue.

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever went to, and that’s saying something for a fast-food chain with not high standards.The workers in there are nothing but slackers! Multiple times I've been there I've just seen them in the back on their phones laughing not prepping meals fast, even when there are many impatient customers in line.30 minute wait in the drive-thru Waiting in line just to see the workers half-dozed off inside not doing anything. Yikes.

This McDonalds is unique as it doesn't look like your typical on the inside. This location has a nice stone fireplace giving it a cozy feeling. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great. Fries were soggy and tasted as if the oil hadn't been changed for a while. The service was adequate. I didn't have much interaction with them since all the ordering was done at a self-order kiosk.

This was one of the most disappointing fast food restaurants I've ever been too. They clearly don't have a milkshake or Ice cream machine since it’s always “Broken”. Takes up to 30 minutes just to complete an order with half of the correct items. Would not recommend going to this scam center.

Look...I know it's McDonald's so don't expect 5 stars but this place was horrible. Ice machine broken, soda flat, food cold, order wrong and you better not complain about anything in your order because you will get yelled at. I heard an employee bringing back food because the customer said the food was cold, the response "give her a refund because aren't doing this today. Don't remake her food." So naturally when I received cold fried and a quarter pounder with missing cheese, I didn't say anything. Hostile atmosphere. I would go elsewhere.

The employees are always weirdly hostile and mumble a lot but get mad when you can’t understand/hear them. (Specifically the male management is most aggressive with cusyomers) The food is hit or miss.
