We went here before a movie. Got there like an hour and a half before movies started. Myself, boyfriend, and 2 kids. Server was nice and friendly but everything took FOREVER. 2 kids meals and 2 burgers. And we didn't get our food until maybe 30 minutes before the movie. It wasn't busy and other tables that sat down after us got their food before us. I could understand pizzas taking a little longer but we literally had kids meals and burgers.... Andddd when we got our food, our burgers we charred to a crisp. Not great. If you're going to a movie, I would recommend eating at home or another restaurant nearby instead. A positive note, the kids looooved the giant tv screen in the restaurant so they could watch sports as we waited, thank goodness for distractions

A friend and I ate at Zaffiro's (which is not related to the one on Milwaukee's east side, except for the name) during the evening of 3/2/24. I haven't been there in a while. The place has lost whatever ambience it had. The bar got moved to the side at some point and they have a giant screen on one wall. As a result, you are bombarded by the images on the screen. It's very distracting. I ordered the small, gluten free pizza. My friend ordered a wrap that had bacon, fried chicken, and ranch dressing, along with sweet potato fries. My friend said her wrap was excellent, but the fries were so cooked that they were just crunch, no chewiness at all. I had ordered mushrooms and sausage on my pizza. It was a treat to have something with cheese on it, since salty foods are my nemesis. Unfortunately, the sausage was so salty that it dominated. The mushrooms were tiny little bits - not slices. The pizza wasn't cooked enough - the cheese had no brown on it at all. The crust was soggy except at the edges. The toppings kept sliding off, making it difficult to eat. I think I ate about half of it. Our server was very nice and upbeat, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. I didn't tell her that my food sucked because I didn't want to hang around for them to remake it. I won't be going back anytime soon.

The pizza is quite decent, the service is friendly, even for takeout, but I have to say that the prices are insane unless you have a coupon.

There was not a hostess to seat us and waited about 10 min before I went in to ask to be seated. As I was waiting the employees all turned their heads and walked away. When we were served our server was very good and nice

So strange to me- ordered a pizza with extra sauce and I thought they gave me cheese bread by mistake! There was seriously no sauce on the pizza until the second half of it. Had to get a cup of sauce and dipped my half cheese bread half pizza in to make my own pizza. Not worth the money for what you get.

Popped into Zaffiro's before seeing a movie with some girlfriends. I'd say the overall vibe and experience was alright. It was basically empty so not much atmosphere, and the service was relatively slow. I'm a fan of thin crust pizza, and here they've got the thinnest around (in a good way). I enjoyed it and how crispy it was. We opted to share a large EBF, which had plenty of cheese, sausage, mushrooms, onions, peppers, anchovies, peps, and black olives. The large is 14" and though it was enough for us quantity wise, I feel like the $29 price tag is much too high. We paired the pizza with a salad to split as well. It was an apple cranberry mix with spinach and a tasty dressing. It was good, but nothing to write home about. We left full and in the knick of time to make it to our movie at the theater attached to the restaurant. I'd come back here for the same scenario - a quick bite ahead of a movie - but probably wouldn't jump to otherwise return.

Service is beyond horrible! Restaurant was half empty, server got our order wrong. Food was brought out and no silverware, when asked waited 10 min for the waiter to bring it out. Ordered hot tea, brought me hot water and told me they were out of tea. Just beyond........ No one wants to work or use whats left of their brains.

As a former employee, I still eat there sometimes. Not as often as before, because their food is expensive. They have really yummy pizzas, pastas, fries, and desserts. I’ve worked there for 3 years. Loved my job. Got laid off because of covid, which wasn’t my fault. This wasn’t their fault either. I felt sorry for these former employees, especially my former coworkers. Now, the service experience has changed. It’s not the same, but it’s still pretty decent. The female manager was friendly and welcoming to me. So was the female servers, hostess, and bartender. They are so kind and they deserve the best restaurant experience. So by doing that, I’ll give them a 5. Thanks for the yummy foods. I’ll be back again.???Kid-friendliness: There’s a kids menu, but it’s quite expensive. Hope the kids eat their foods. They do get hungry.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s easy for wheelchair people to enter and exit the movie theater.

I want to start off by saying the chicken Parmesan was so good the first time that I ordered it again. But this time, the spaghetti noodles came cut up into tiny little pieces and mixed into the sauce instead of the proper layering of noodles, then sauce and chicken then Parmesan. Cutting all of my spaghetti noodles into 1/2 inch pieces should be criminal. However, the first time it was *chefs kiss* perfect so it has averaged out to a 3 star review.

The Smash burgers are great, the drinks are lousy, the service is bad. This place is usually not busy, yet it takes forever to get something as simple as a burger and fries. We didn’t get water, and the waitress disappeared…Also, make sure you wear a sweater or coat when you come; for whatever reason, it’s always freezing in there, no matter the season.
