Really $$$ for the amount of meat... Got a Pepe (ham & cheese) 3 skinny pieces of ham, thick cut tomatoes and cheese. 2 combos, just under 28 bucks. Not going back... We'll stick with Jersey Mike's & Cousin's going forward ...

This location just can’t get it right. I’ve ordered pick-up, delivery, and in person at this spot on Port Washington and there’s always an issue (forgotten items, wrong sandwich, etc). Today they forgot the turkey on the turkey (beach) club. Not only does this location consistently get my order wrong, the customer service is severely lacking. Avoid this place if you’re craving freaky fast food and friendly service.

fast service tho not personable . not a warm vibe. never hurts to say hi and make eye contact. very loud annoying music and i love most everything -maybe read your audience. bread tad usual lily it’s super moist and fabulous. i can deal with all that other stuff as long as the product is amazing.

The last two times I have ordered here, they had got my order wrong. I usually would not, but I had called them, and they told me they would “credit” my account, but it’s just something to say to end the conversation. Not happy. Happened to my friend too.

Food is abysmal and the attitude of the employees is very poor. No desire whatever to please the customer to get the order right. Way too loud music. Can't talk to each other. $56 for three sandwiches, bag of chips and a drink? Could have eaten like a king anywhere else with that kind of money!Will not be going back.

I was picking up for my wife’s co-worker. I had a screenshot with order number. I showed the female worker the order number and she said she needed name. I was able to get the name. She quickly said get two chocolate chip and chips. I had to go back in to get correct chips. I noticed the pick up receipt had the same order number I showed her. Was she too lazy to originally match up the order number. I pointed it out to her but she didn’t care. I also told her she should remove her airpod from her ears, so rude to have that on. Lazy people!!

Put in an order for two subs, over an hour later still haven’t even left to be delivered. Called an employee on the phone said oh that driver just got back but you have 10 orders ahead of you.Then someone else got on the phone and said oh it’ll probably be another 25 to 35 minutes. I just canceled will never order from again. Now I hope I get a refund on my credit card. I’m sure that’ll be an issue.

The Owner needs to shut this place down....we have repeatedly told many workers at this place that their online ordering website does not work...it refuses every credit card.....so we placed our 22 sub order today with MJ's and with the same CC....they made and delivered the 22 subs...in the last two months JJ has lost over 100 subs from us because their on-line CC payment method does not work....everyone has to make their own decision based on reviews....but now that this has happened multiple times we won't try again, given we have a new place in town to order from.

If you haven't worked at this location you'd understand why wait times are so long. Tip better and treat the employees with respect. Unsatisfied with the wait, pick it up or make a home cooked meal.
