I ordered my pizza to be ready at 6:21 PM and arrived at 6:18 PM, but my order had not been prepared, and my ticket was still sitting on the counter. I was told it would be prepared, but while I waited, another customer who arrived after me received her order first. I understand delays happen, but I was frustrated that my order appeared to have been overlooked.
